Brother Jimmy Davis
Jimmy Nunn Davis IV, a Public Health major and Morton-Finney Scholar at Butler University, is a dedicated Co-Host of the BuBeWell Podcast. In addition, he actively serves on the community connections committee for Morton-Finney, promoting DEI initiatives and community service. As a member of the Lambda Eta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi since Spring '23, he currently holds leadership roles as the Polemarch of the chapter, enhancing his business and communication skills. Jimmy's passion lies in addressing healthcare disparities and advocating for marginalized voices in public health, fueled by his track and field pursuits and a commitment to achieving positive change.

Arieon McCarter is a redshirt senior football player at Marian University, majoring in sport management. He is an active member of the Marian Black organization, UBI, where he represents the athletes. Arieon is one of the newest members of the Lambda Eta chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc., by way of summer 24’. In addition to his academic and athletic commitments, Arieon is a proud father. He aspires to pursue a career in coaching, with the goal of inspiring young people and showing them that sports can be a stepping stone to a better life, while emphasizing that the streets are never the right path.
Brother Jalen Wilson
Jalen Wilson, a Psychology major with a track record of academic excellence, brings leadership to every role he takes on. He has experience as a Front Office Assistant at Purdue Polytechnic High School and as an Assistant Program Developer at Wilson Services LLC. Jalen's commitment extends to community service, including helping maintain a park at the Community Alliance Center of Far Eastside.As a member for 10 months, Jalen has held roles as Historian, Reporter, within the fraternity. The fraternity has inspired him to be a positive leader. In the future, he plans to pursue a master's in social work, a doctorate in clinical psychology, and his own mental health practice. Jalen is also a dedicated college football player at the University of Indianapolis. His journey reflects his dedication to education, community, leadership, and personal growth.
Brother Randall Sargent
Randall Sargent, ll. A elementary education major at Indiana University Indianapolis. Randall is a 21st century scholar and also a DEAP scholar. In his time away from school, you’ll find Randall working at the Easter Star Church Rock Community Center. Randall is actively involved at his job as a youth mentor and over the urban garden for the rock. Over the summer, brother Randall was able to plant fresh fruits and vegetables consisting of tomatoes, peppers, watermelon, and strawberries. Currently, he is growing pumpkins for his students to take home for the fall season. As a member of the Lambda Eta chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. since spring 24 , he holds the guide right position and is in charge of booking rooms and making flyers for chapter events. Randall’s passion is helping the youth and helping to guide them in hopes of a good, promising future for all students and youth he mentors and works with.
Brother Quartrell Black
Quatrell Deon Black, an exercise science major with a minor in sports management, attends Wittenberg University, where he now resides, helping kids through educational programs. He leads and guides children at the Rise Farm, impacting their lives in various phases. He also spends his Fridays helping preschoolers develop locomotor skills to enhance their overall well-being. Quatrell's passion lies in connecting with others through his empathetic values and traits. As a member of the Lambda Eta chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi since Spring '24, he strives to be the best he can be while shining a light during his undergraduate years as he currently attends another campus.

TyRee is a dedicated computer science major at Indiana University Indianapolis, where he is honing his technical skills and knowledge to make a positive impact in the world. Currently, he serves as the Strategus for the Lambda Eta chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi. His passion lies in serving the community, and he actively seeks opportunities to contribute and uplift those around him. Through his academic pursuits and leadership experiences, he is committed to making a meaningful difference both locally and beyond.
Brother Christopher Penick
Christopher Penick is a social work major at Indiana University–Indianapolis. Brother Penick currently serves his chapter in two positions: Keeper of Records and Lt. Strategus. He strives to connect with his community and is involved with DEAP and BSU at his university, both of which focus on the achievements and overall well-being of their members.
Chadarius McKinnley is a dedicated sophomore at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis (IU Indy), majoring in radiation therapy with a passion for making a difference in the medical field, particularly in cancer treatment. As president of the Medical Minority Student Association, he advocates for diversity and inclusivity in healthcare, inspiring his peers to break barriers. He also serves as the MTA Chairman for the Lambda Eta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. A proud member of the U.S. Army, Chadarius was recently honored with the Army Achievement Medal, reflecting his commitment to service and excellence. His drive to help others, both in his community and future career, fuels his vision of providing hope and healing to patients facing the toughest battles.
Dawson Hubbard is a junior business major at Butler University, focusing on marketing and sales. As a Morton Finney scholar, Dawson has taken on numerous leadership roles on campus, including serving as a residential assistant, the former vice president of communication for the Black Student Union, and a sales fellow for the Minority-Owned Business Initiative at Butler. He is also a member of the Butler football team. Currently, Dawson serves as the historian for the Lambda Eta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He is dedicated to serving the community and fostering a diverse, inclusive environment for all.
Nicholas Okoro, a Martech Specialist Intern at SAP and former Eli Lilly intern, is a dynamic leader with a passion for business, sports, and service. As a student-athlete at Butler University on the men’s soccer team and a student leader for the Athletes in Action ministry on campus, he balances his athletic commitments with a dedication to personal growth and community engagement. Nicholas is the first member of the Lambda Eta Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. from the UK, having joined in Summer '24. His leadership extends beyond the fraternity as he actively pursues a career in sports management, with aspirations to eventually become a general manager or technical director for a professional soccer team in the USA or Europe. With a unique international background and a drive for excellence, Nicholas continues to make an impact both on and off the field.

Kendall Strong, a Business Administration double major with a Marketing focus and a minor in Supply Chain and Operations Management, is a dedicated scholar holding the Center for Leadership Development and Teenworks Scholarships. He has valuable experience interning for Judge Welch at the Indianapolis Superior Court. With leadership roles as a Resident Assistant, former BSA President, and Let's Link Volunteer, Kendall is deeply committed to community involvement. In his under a year of fraternity membership, he serves as Keeper of Records, promoting collaboration and personal growth. Kendall's career goal is to become a corporate attorney and create an endowment for young black leaders. Fun fact: his first international trip was to the Bahamas, adding an adventurous touch to his journey.
